MD Progressive is the thing of the future!

December 2010 – Métal Déployé is always looking for new applications for expanded metal. A newcomer to the range is MD Progressive: expanded metal with different mesh sizes and transparency. MD Progressive can be used for cladding to give buildings an entirely individual character or for sun shielding. MD Progressive provides architects with numerous options.

The mesh size determines the transparency of the expanded metal. A unique production process makes it possible to vary the vertical mesh size in the expanded metal, in combination with the wall width if required. This makes it possible to vary transparency in a single panel. Transitions from 'closed to open' are possible, as are other combinations such as 'closed - open - closed'.

MD Progressive can be used for cladding to give buildings an entirely individual character. It can also be used for sun shields. MD Progressive can be supplied in a range of materials such as aluminium and steel. It can also be galvanised and/or powder coated so that it is not only durable but also looks great. MD Progressive provides architects with fantastic possibilities!
